We make sure you'll have everything you need to make your ride great. Each city rental that goes out the door includes use of a helmet, spare tube, and lock. If you return the tube helmet and lock there will not be any extra charge. Feel free to bring your own helmet, shoes, pedals or lock. Once you're here, we'll dial in each bike for the rider.

We take great strides to making rental as painless as possible. Please remember your ID and Credit Card. Once you're here, you'll need to fill out a quick waiver.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Please provide us 24 hour notice to receive a refund without any cancellation fee, we have a 20% processing fee for all rentals within the 24 hours before your rental if you need to cancel.
