Unfortunately, work usually doesn't get canceled because of a bit of rain. That's where Bontrager's Commuting Stormshell steps up. It's fully waterproof and breathable with pit zips for extra ventilation so you never overheat. There's also a dropped tail to keep you covered and protected from the weather, and 360-degree reflectivity for extra visibility. And, you'll love the comfort cut with plenty of freedom of movement.

Comments:
I bought this jacket as the rain started picking up this season (a couple months ago). It's a total game changer. I don't worry about people seeing me (this jacket glows in the day), I don't get wet. It's also very comfortable and the cuffs are big enough for gloves to go underneath. Bottom line, if you commute in rainy, cold weather, this jacket makes it bearable, even enjoyable. Bike gallery had it on clearance, but I'd pay full price.
